101 Toys Refund and Returns Policy

At 101 Toys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s what to know about returns and refunds:

1. Returns

  • Return Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of purchase if un-open or, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items can’t be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or order confirmation handy.

2. Refunds

  • How Refunds Work: Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Sometimes, we may approve partial refunds for items with minor damage not caused by us.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Shipping Damage or Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged from shipping or has a fault, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at edwinteh@yahoo.com.
    • Replacement or Refund: For damaged or faulty items, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
    • Return Shipping Costs: 101 Toys covers return shipping costs for items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing fault.

4. Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for returns we don’t receive.

5. Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time to post.
